Registration Inclusions

• Tuesday, August 22, 2023
  • Access to all main stage sessions
  • Breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch, and opening reception (alcoholic beverages not included)
  • Bus transportation to and from the opening reception location
• Wednesday, August 23, 2023
  • Access to all main stage sessions
  • Breakfast, refreshment breaks, poster/demo lunch, poster/demo reception, and recruitment reception (alcoholic beverages not included)
• Thursday, August 24, 2023
  • Access to all full-day and half-day workshops
  • Breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch

Registration Deadline

• The registration deadline is 11:59pm ET on Monday, July 31, 2023
• On-site registration will not be available

Registration Changes

• Cancellations: Registration fees will be fully refunded for any attendee who cancels prior to 11:59pm ET on Monday, July 31, 2023. To cancel, please e-mail your request to ERI⁠-⁠Summit@darpa.mil.
• Transfers: If you would like to transfer your registration to someone else within your organization, please email ERI⁠-⁠Summit@darpa.mil. Transfer requests must be submitted by 11:59pm ET on Thursday, August 17, 2023.

Registration Check-In Desk

• All attendees must visit the on-site registration check-in desk upon arrival to receive attendee badge
• U.S. government-issued proof of identification must be provided at the time of check-in (driver's license, passport, DoD CAC, military ID, PIV)
• The registration check-in desk will be located in the 3rd floor foyer of the Hyatt Regency Seattle
• Check-in will begin at 7:00am PT daily
