Security Protocol

Non-U.S. Citizens

Non-U.S. citizens not representing a foreign government are required to submit a U.S. Permanent Resident and Foreign National Visit Request (DARPA eForm 60). DARPA secures Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure in a controlled, secure environment. Please remember to bring your passport for proof of identity. If you are a U.S. Permanent Resident, please bring your permanent residency card. Reminder, do not submit the eForm 60 if you are a foreign government representative (*see details below).

Please submit the DARPA eForm 60 by 11:59pm ET July 31, 2023. Details for the “Visit Information” fields are listed below.

DARPA eForm 60 field details for this event:

  • Point of Contact: Carl McCants
  • Date of Visit: Conference dates of August 22-24, 2023
  • Meeting Location: Offsite
  • Classification Level: Public Release
  • Purpose of Visit: Attendance at the 2023 Electronics Resurgence Initiative (ERI) Summit

If you are planning to attend a PI Meeting in addition to the Summit, please submit a separate eForm 60; do not combine purpose of visits on a single eForm 60.
